Cancellation and Deposit Policy:

-A 20% deposit is required for all services and a credit card on file is required for ALL bookings.

-Deposits are non refundable, only transferable to a new appointment time! You may change an appointment that has a deposit down with 72 hours notice, short of 72 hours, where your place can’t be filled, you will forfeit your deposit entirely..

-72 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations short of 72 hours forfeit their deposit entirely.

-No call/ No shows will be charged 100% of all services booked and forfeit their deposit.
Clients with previous no call no show status on appointments will be prompted to prepay at time of booking new appointments. If you should no call no show again, prepaid appointments will not be refunded.

Booking means you agree to these ALL terms.
Habitual no shows and frequent last minute cancellations will be subject to booking ban.

3.5% surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions
